A wet lens is most vulnerable at the moment it leaves the camera port. Holding it occupies a hand; letting it hang creates clutter and unnecessary movement around the rig.
MagDock adds a dedicated parking point directly to the QuickARM Skeleton, keeping the removed lens close to the working area and ready for the next change.

Install MagDock on the side mounting position of a compatible QuickARM Skeleton. When the wet lens is removed, bring its MagPort JL ring to the dock and confirm that it is fully seated before releasing your hand.

Bring the wet-lens-side ring onto MagDock, confirm full contact, then lift it away when the lens is needed again.
MagDock is a temporary magnetic parking point, not a load-rated safety attachment. Keep the lens tethered with an appropriate secondary retention method and verify secure seating before releasing it.

Yes, the workflow is designed for fast underwater handling, but glove thickness and dexterity vary. Practice the complete remove, park and reinstall sequence on the surface with the gloves you dive in.
06What should I do if sand reaches the docking face?+
Rinse the docking face and ring thoroughly with fresh water, remove visible particles and make sure both contact surfaces are clean and flat before the next use.
