Questions worth answering.
01What is the difference between Hybrid and Full Quick-Lock?+
Hybrid keeps one standard 1-inch ball connection and adds a TIGERSHARK quick-lock connection at the other end. Full Quick-Lock uses the TIGERSHARK quick-lock connection at both ends. Choose Hybrid when you want to bridge a conventional clamp setup with the modular system; choose Full when fast removal at both ends matters.
02Is the Dual Ball Head configuration included in the current checkout?+
The arm platform can be shown with standard ball heads on both ends, but the current product checkout lists Hybrid Setup and Full Quick-Lock Upgrade as the two purchasable configurations. Contact us if you need the dual-ball version.
03Will the standard ball side fit my existing clamp?+
The standard side is intended for common 1-inch underwater arm clamps. Clamp geometry and condition vary, so confirm that your clamp is designed for a 1-inch ball before ordering.
04Can I add buoyancy blocks to the Skeleton arm?+
Yes. The open Skeleton body is designed to accept compatible TIGERSHARK buoyancy blocks for rig-balance adjustment. The 8-inch arm can accommodate up to four compatible blocks. Buoyancy blocks are separate accessories and are not included unless explicitly stated.
05Are the quick-lock connections held only by magnets?+
No. Magnetic guidance helps bring the connection into position; the rotating mechanical lock secures the working connection. Always tighten and confirm every connection before entering the water.
06How should I care for the arm after a saltwater dive?+
Rinse the complete arm thoroughly in fresh water. Operate the external collars while rinsing, remove visible sand or salt, and allow the arm to dry before storage. Never force a connection that feels abnormal.
